Note on formats: These documents have been posted in various formats, as deemed appropriate for the document in question. PDF, or Adobe Acrobat format, was used where documents might be saved to your local hard drive, or printed out. HTML, or HyperText Markup Language format, was used where documents might be viewed in a Web browser. DOC, or Microsoft Word format, was used as an alternative to PDF was desired, but HTML was not appropriate. If you need one of these documents in a format other than the one offered here, send an email request for the format you need.
